I wasn't sure whether to read this book after reading one earlier review (which complained about a few typos in the book...boo hoo).
I'm interested in making money in real estate, not getting a grammar lesson, so I read the book and am glad I did. Using some of the lessons in the book, I was able to purchase my first piece of commercial real estate - a Victorian House built in 1904 that I've converted to office space. We are already cash flow positive, and hope to buy another property later this year. I recommend the book - it helped me get started.
